This ECE Design Conference offers a unique opportunity to build relationships and share knowledge with hundreds of community leaders, professionals, and organizations committed to improving the quality of early childhood educational environments.
ECE Design Partners welcomes select partners who seek to sponsor certain aspects of the conference (i.e. venue, speakers, food, printed materials, etc.) or vendors who seek to exhibit their products or services.
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
All exhibitors will be co-located with conference participants in the conference space. Therefore, it will be imperative that all exhibit spaces are set up either the night before or the morning of the conference by 7:30 a.m.
ECE Design Conference 2018 Pricing:
One exhibit space plus one complimentary conference pass. Additional passes may be purchased at the standard conference rate. The exhibit space includes a 60×30 inch table and floor area of up to 80 square feet: $1,000
Exhibitor Benefits:
- A brief description of your organizations product or services to include your organization’s logo and website name will appear in the ECE Design Conference Program Materials and on the conference website (on the exhibitor page) with a link to your website.
- Valuable face-to-face contact with potential clients and customers who all share the common goal of designing the most creative spaces for our early learners.
General Information
- Space locations will be confirmed and sent to registered exhibitors prior to the conference.
- Mandatory booth setup time is either the night before the conference (5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) or the morning of the conference (6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.).
- Booth tear down time is the evening of April 27, 2018 (5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.).
